"Shilpa -To the Glimpse of light 2021"

 Today was soo.. Special.. We, SOLASTA family ps proudly conducted this year ozone day celebration. Three days planning... Efforts.. all the coordination etc. became a grand success. Me, sister, lekshmi were the whatsapp coordinators. Actually KAIZEN is a teaching competition. We conducted it as an intercollege competition. We the three whatsapp coordinators creates a group and contact each and every participants. Through this we got a chance to mingle with others and able to see their talents.. Their performance well illustrated that our future generations are  safe in the hands of teachers.. Because each and every participants are really the gifted teachers.... The becoming teachers are well talented, well creative and so hardworking...  We worked a lot for this program.. Along with our mentor Neena teacher we all stood together and that made a grand success to our effort. Finally result announced and e certificate provided to all participants. We started our 2nd Microteaching session on Saturday onwards. In that session I was one of the moderators . With the guidance of our Neena teacher everyone performed their skill efficiently. Today remaining participants including me participated very well. Skill of stimulus variation  that was my skill.    At each and every moment I realises teaching is such a divine profession, thank God for giving a spark or a light on my teaching dream. 😍😍

I feel proud of it to choose this valuable teaching profession.  My students sent me teachers day wishes. When they call me teacher..I feel so proud, so happy.. An uncontrollable feelings.. happiness😍😍 Today this teachers I remember all my teachers who gave me the spirit and courage to my dream..  Today Maya teacher started the class with the quotes of Buddha. An interesting, happiest beginning. Teacher explained the hidden meaning of Buddha's words.     ""    Silence and smiles are the two powerful tools. Smile is the way to solve many problems. Silence is the way to avoid many problems. . ''..Really thought provoking. Next  Gibi teacher  Giby miss took the next hour ,Mam  continued the discussion on Memory. We all were asked to write one code we like to share so as it becomes helpful for the rest. Last hour Joju Sir taught about the first component of cognitive domain in Bloom's taxonomy. Sir asked us to watch and read books of Dr. Arun B Nair who is a psychiatrist. Sir even showed one video clip of him as well.
