"Shilpa -To the Glimpse of light 2021"

 Today l have no class. But l have to control Sandra's class in 9D at evng session. 

 Today onwards online session started. Evening 8 to 9 that was my time. I took physics reflection of light in spherical mirrors chapter in 8Aand 8B students. They were so interested and responded very well. I like them very much.. Their energy gave me more confidence and courage to take the class. 

 Now the no. Of students in each class is very low due to covid reasons. Anyway I took 8B class in 4th period. Only 2 students weree there. 

 Today l have to take 9A and 8B in 1st two periods. I started the class at 9.30. 9A students are so active. Most of them are SPC students. Among one of the girl named Aparna is so hyperactive. I struggled a lot to manage her. They were actively attended the class.. During my class their class  teacher came for searching a student named sruthy in that class Actually she was missing from early morning onwards. All the teachers were afraid of finding her. They questioned some of the students in that class.. That make other students a little bit tention Ed. Then l managed the class. I tried to bring back the them through some activities... Next hour was 8B. I took the chapter water. I introduce the boiling point and related specialities of water. They actively listen and responded. Then l happily concluded my class. Today our batch has the responsibility to help in serving meal to students. This was our first experience. From 12 o clock we took over our duty. After that we also eat the lun

 As usual school started with prayer. I have to take 3rd period in 8D std. But due to an inauguration programme l won't get that class. So we were engaged in other activities. In between them I got a chance to engage in 10 A standard. That was very interesting. They introduce themselves. After that we were busy with our activities. 

 Today I had only one period. 4th period in 8B Stadandard.This is the second shift of 8B. Even though it was the last period the students were very eager to know about the topic. Reflection in spherical mirrors that was my chapter. Using mirror such as plane, concave and convex I explained the topic clearly. When I gave activities to them they actively participated and done fastly.My colleague Varsha in English and Renju in physical science, accompanied me in class to give peer evaluation. After my class observation they gave feedback to me. I could understand the strength and weakness of my class. I have to improve the skills such as blackboard writing, checking background knowledge etc.  From 9.30 to 11.30 we were engaged in setting lab. School lab was so effective and good. But due to covid 19 pandemic quarantine days made it untidy.. So along with cinija teacher we started to clean it.  Afternoon we went to college for getting sign in lp and charts.  As usual day started with school prayer. It gave me light on my school days.. I suddenly remembered that experience 😍😍.. Today I had only one period in 8D.That was my first class in 8D.l took the chapter solution. With the help of some experiments and apparatus I demonstrated a small topic in chemistry . 8D students gave me new experience. One of the students in the back bench was quite different. From the beginning onwards I noticed that she was not interested to study.. She was busy in other activities and sometimes she was looking outside the class and thinking something about that. I slowly approaches her and try to make her engaged in classroom situation.with a smiling face I asked her to sit in front of the class and try to make her happy. Later I invite her to help me in doing some experiments. First of all she was not ready to do it. But later she became interested and actively participated it.  Today we started our first school internship program. I got govt. Model girls higher secondary school pattom. Sandra, Renju and me are from physical science and total 11 students were alloted there. That was a new experience to all.. To me I enjoyed it very much. Even though I had teaching experience in tution centre's it was really wonderful and different. The tiny blossom kids encourages us to take class and make the class lively. Around 9.15 all of us reached the school. Then we saw H. M and handover the attendance sheet. After signing we met our optional teachers. I wanted to  take 4th period in 8B physics. From first to 3rd period Renju and me assigned to help some students for preparing them for vigyanolsavam. After that we visited laboratory with the help of teacher. 8B students are very energetic. When I entered the class they greet me lovely and enthusiastically.
