An online Brahmari pranayama

 Today online class started with physical education George Thomas sir.He gave detailed information about yoga,including timing,do's and don'ts etc.While doing yoga our internal organs gets stimulated.Then he taught how biood circulation carried on from heart to lungs and vice versa.After he introduced new breathing technique Brahmari pranayama or hummimg bee breath ,that sooths our nervous system and reduces anger ,anxiety,blood pressure and throat ailments.

         Practising yoga develops physical, mental,social and spirital health.


For the optional period a zoom meeting link popped up to discuss about republic day programmes.First time we got a chance to meet our seniours.Ths the day ended with this meeting.Have a nice day...😃😃
